Initial Consultation

The 60 to 90 minute initial consultation takes place in your home and includes a discussion of fitness goals as well as a thorough medical review.  The appropriate exercise program is determined based on your individual fitness goals.

 

12 Week Weight Loss Program

Our weight loss program consists of in home exercise sessions with Marie Perkins, Registered Kinesiologist and nutritional counseling with Shalene Reimer, Registered Dietician.  One hour personal training sessions take place once per week for a 12 week period. You are provided with homework exercises to perform independently between weekly sessions with Marie.  The nutritional counseling consists of an hour initial session with Shalene followed by 2 half hour visits at her office in Burnaby.  Shalene provides an individualized meal plan to follow while Marie provides a written exercise program that is modified as you progress through the 12 weeks.

 

Prenatal Exercise Program

The prenatal exercise program consists of a 90 minute initial consultation followed by 4 one hour in home personal training sessions.  You are provided with a written exercise program which is updated as you progress through your pregnancy.

 

 

Postnatal Exercise Program

The postnatal exercise program consists of a 60 minute initial consultation and 4 one hour in home personal training sessions.  You are given homework exercises to perform on a regular basis and your program is progressed as you recover.

 

Package of 6 In Home Personal Training Sessions

A package of 6 In Home Personal Training sessions can be purchased to be used as at your convenience. During these sessions you will be taught either a new exercise program or spruce up your current regime.

 

Core Stabilization Training Program

This is a 4 week program that consists of weekly one hour in home personal training sessions that focus on training the stability musculature of the lumbar and pelvis region.  This program is ideal for postnatal fitness, athletes, or for back pain sufferers.

 

Maintenance Program

This program consists of 1 to 2 one hour sessions per month for the purpose of maintaining a long term fitness routine. Your individual program will be updated and/or modified to prevent boredom and reaching a plateau.
